ACADEMY LIFE
Our Academy empowers the youth through the 3 Dimension framework that provides our players with experiences that helps them to understand life values which enables them grow and succeed on and off the pitch as enshrined in 1Timothy 4:8. We facilitate this through coaching that is focused on the Body, Mind and Spirit.
We partner with parents, guardians and coaches in preserving the joys of childhood and avoiding premature professionalism. Our ambition is to be a true community that always act with honesty, integrity, respect and humility. Supporting and trusting young people is embedded into the history and the culture of Jiamini FC and we aspire to be known as a leading youth development organization. Our team is celebrated in town for its tactical, technical and moral character despite their young age.

Jiamini has over the years partnered with both local and international partners. They include:

- Kick Off to Hope
- KAPC
- Discipled By Jesus
We have partnered with The Ebony Group Associates (TEGA) in 2020 where it catered for field training fees for a whole year. We also partnered in Christian mission work in Tabora, Tanzania and Naliel, South Sudan as we mentor the youths through sports.
Our partnership with Kick Off to Hope, Nairobi entails provision technical and equipment support to our coaches and players
Discipled by Jesus facilitates JFC with a platform and resources for spiritual nourishment and development.
